Abstract

The essay was carried out at Unidade de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento de Gália in 2001.It€™s objective was to evaluate the productive performance of four races of silkworm (B103, B104, C204 e C205) and the resultant hybrids of directed crossings (B103 x B104, C204 x C205, B207 x C409 e C409 x B207). It was used a complete randomized design, with four replications. Best performance was given by race C204. In general, the best performance had been given by the hybrids from C204 x C205, B207 x C409 e C409 x B207, worst performance was given by B103 x B104.
